Coaching programmes

Explorer Consulting offers three programmes to help your organisation develop coaching skills and build a coaching culture. These programmes have been developed in response to client needs and successfully delivered in the UK and overseas:

Coaching for performance – a one or two-day programme to build the coaching skills of managers, team leaders and others who undertake coaching as part of their role. The programme explores coaching definitions, roles and styles, including directive and non-directive coaching. Coaching skills, including giving and receiving feedback, are practised and a model used for coaching conversations. Tools and techniques for more challenging coaching situations are developed.

Coaching for skills transfer – a one or two-day programme to enhance the coaching skills of technical or functional experts who are regularly called upon to transfer skills and knowledge to others. The programme explores coaching definitions, roles and styles, including directive and non-directive coaching. Coaching skills, are practised, with the emphasis on the successful transfer of skills and knowledge.

Coaching for coaches – a half-day programme on how to get the best from coaching as a coachee. It is introduces the key concepts of coaching, gives participants an experience of coaching and being coached, and helps them learn what to look for in a good coach.

One-to-one coaching – Explorer Consulting offers personalised coaching for individuals needing to make progress on specific issues. This can be undertaken face-to-face, online or by telephone.
