Training programmes

In its training programmes, Explorer Consulting specialises in an interactive workshop style comprising a mixture of plenary discussion, trainer inputs, and exercises.

Interactive training style

Explorer Consulting’s training is interactive with opportunities for participants to discuss the subject as well as practice skills and apply knowledge to their situations. A variety of media are used including slides, DVD clips, music, images and case studies. There is an emphasis on learning from one’s own experience and the experience of others, as well as from the expertise of the trainer. Each participant receives a course manual and summary card.
