A Way Forward is published by CWR, comprising a series of reflections to help people coping with redundancy.

Handling Redundancy, published by Grove Books, explores some the ethical issues for organsiations, managers and individuals when faced with a redundancy situation.

Peter’s PhD thesis (University of Surrey, 2010) entitled Justice and Trust when Organisations Downsize, investigates the issues surrounding downsizing in organisations and, as well as documenting a number of academic findings, proposes ways of handling downsizing more positively for all stakeholders.

Peter's MSt dissertation (University of Cambridge, 2013) entitled The Effectiveness of Institutional Capacity Building and its Role in State Building in Post-Conflict South Sudan, highlights the importance of capacity building in post-conflict settings and makes recommendations based on work helping to build the civil service in South Sudan
